(Citizen Star News) - 2014-02-18 - Hangar Patch 11 released today, announced last week as a "Housecleaning" patch. Perhaps CIG is learning the trick to "under promise and over deliver"?
Along with pulling down the now dusty holiday decorations, we see dramatic enhancements on the cutlass, much anticipated improvements to the Freelancer's cockpit visibility, enhanced functionality to the firing range, changes to the holotable and a handful of bugfixes.
Cutlass owners may need a tutorial to enter their ship. Check it out here.
Super Hornet owners may want to remove their 'USER' Folder from their Documents \ Star Citizen \ CitizenClient folder. If you applied the "fix" for the turret on Patch 10 it is advised by some to do this BEFORE patching. More info here.
Miles to go of course, before our devs can call it job done. Next big project is said to be the conversion to Physically Based Rendering (PBR). Which will take a while, so we may have to make do with what we have for the time being.
Update 2014-02-19: Wingman's Hangar 57 stated there will be one more interim release before the PBR update.
